Orange Charging is located in Roosendaal and specializes in charging solutions. Together, we realized two projects.

Challenges | How can we enable fast charging for both cars and trucks despite grid congestion?

Solution | The battery optimally utilizes a 600kWp solar power system and facilitates the Netherlands’ first 1MW fast charger. With this smart solution, we created a fully functional charging hub without the limitations of a full power grid.

System | We installed a 2 MWh battery at the headquarters of Orange Charging to optimally utilize the generated solar energy. Additionally, we established a charging hub supported by a 200kWh battery system for extra power and smart software (EMS), enabling us to install a 150kW fast charger despite a standard 3x80A grid connection.
